I want a refund of my crown purchase! This is not a customer service delay it is just being ignored. I guess its time to start leaving bad reviews on all social platforms warning people of the terrible CS!

    Careful with the leaving of bad reviews. I'm pretty sure it says in the ToS agreement with ZOS that they are allowed to retaliate for anything posted on social media, factual or not.
