Shattered and Scattered Quest Bugged?

Trying to do shattered and scattered in Blackwood. Quest says talk to Mirri but she isn't there. Never seen this one bugged before and wonder if this started with Gold Road update. I am playing on PS5 European server.

Still bugged after latest maint...tried leaving and coming back. Tried deleting and picking up the quest again - nothing works. Anyone run into this?
