In response to the ongoing issue, the ESO Store and Account System have been taken offline for maintenance.
Every quests are broken.

I'm not here to report a single quest which would bug or anything. In my case I seem to be stuck in another dimension. Every quest NPCs aren't doing anything. They just stand still. It wasn't really an issue, but now I'm stuck right before Coldharbour in a main quest story, I can't progress anymore and it blocked all the quests I had running. They just don't work at all, I've been trying relogging for the past few hours. I'm stuck in the phase, even if I travel to my friends I'm still in my phase...
If any of you have an idea to fix this I'd be really glad. As I've been waiting for an imaginary agent for several hours since yesterday...
EDIT: GREAT! Now I'm out of the map, /stuck doesn't do anything, I can't travel to my friends, I can't teleport to wayshrines.
