Shoulder Style Pages are bugged when more than one Arms Pack is available in the shop at once

Hello. The Blind shoulders have been bugged since they have entered the shop. Similarly, I am sure the Balorgh shoulders were bugged prior to The Blind shoulder being supposedly added to the pool. I contacted support, but they said it's just bad rng; it isn't. I have come across threads discussing this issue, but it seems to be getting buried.
