Gold Road Recall, Requirements not met

I am getting "Requirements not met" for Gold road recall, but I earned the achievement on 10/3/2017. What gives?

Are you sure about the date?

"We're excited to announce that the Clockwork City DLC game pack will be released on October 23 for PC/Mac and November 7 for PlayStation®4 and Xbox One."
quoting the press release in 2017.

Hence having the "Champion of Vivec" achievement early October 2017 isn't really possible (besides on PTS, I guess)

champion of vivec is for the main story of morrowind, not clockwork city

Try rebooting/restarting your game. I've seen this suggested and resolve it for people on console

Rebooted the console, didn't fix it, killed and restarted the game and it worked. Thanks.
