One thing I don't understand is why we can't do things like swap Collectible slots for Traditional, or add slots to smaller homes.
For the latter could say that "rendering too many things in a small space" is the issue and I get that. But what ends up happening is people buy 700-slot Notables and then cut the space way down to actually made a detailed build, so you're getting all 700+ objects in a much smaller area anyway.
I like that I won’t be relying on HousingHub as much, as the addon gets finicky. That said, I know this update probably took a lot of work from the developers but it just does not fill the shoes of a major housing update. It feels more like a minor update. Other aspects of HousingHub like finding your furnishings across houses as well as settings like some of the EHT FX, maybe blank books/signs/etc, along with the HousingHub 2.0 addition would've made it a real update for me. Maybe even also other parts of EHT like aligning items, linking toggleable things to switches, and building lines/arcs/etc.

I'd love if we could lower one limit to increase another for individual homes, is that what you're also referring to?
like make collectible furnishing limit 50 instead of 110 to increase traditional limit a little bit?
Of course no clue if that's possible as an alternative to increasing everything.
700 slots for each home regardless of size would indeed be nice, if possible, though that would likely make smaller homes more expensive too
Missing:
- Longer titles, separate from nickname (or a different UI feature for travel organization)
- Descriptions - most important
- POI markers
- Weather control
Wrote a more detailed post on the above before seeing this poll:

I'm also wary about the rating system. Toxic popularity contests all over social media are bad enough already.
What do I think of the Home Tours feature? You know that feeling when you buy a huge bag of chips, get it home, settle onto the couch, get your favorite TV show going, and then open the bag... only to find it's a quarter full and the rest was air?
Yep - that pretty much sums up how I feel about the Home Tours feature.

I am assuming that the forums have moderators, but that there is no job within ZOS that has someone reading the forums and relaying feedback to the devs.
If that job does exist within the company, they clearly should be fired. Anyone could have glanced at the housing forums and given the devs the correct feedback so this PR fiasco could have been avoided.
The housing tour feature is basically a ripoff of a function we already had through the EHT addon. Like Tales of Tribute and Scribing, it is a feature that relatively few if any people asked for. Meanwhile the real issues with housing, about which players have given years of feedback, remain deliberately ignored. Once again, the devs are stuck in their own heads thinking they alone know what's best, and ignoring the role of players as paying stakeholders in the game. The ONLY way I MIGHT use this feature is if it is fully selective in both house and audience, so I can enable my guildmates to freely visit my finished houses. Otherwise, it will remain unused.
