1% means 100 chest per 1 drop, but never happen.
Feel like almost "bug".

For crown crate rare items the minimum drop rate should be about 5%, maybe even higher, because those crates are unreasonably expensive and cost real money. But for items "earned" in game the drop rate should depend on the item.
But crown crates are earned in-game too? tons of people selling crowns for like 1500-1800 gold a pop, literally just bought 4 crown crates for 2,250,000 gold that I earned in game, and got some apex from them too (3 in a row).

That’s not such a bad thing in my opinion, I finally got one of those for myself.
It’s not really a nice looking piece. I wish they had made the other banner I see in there, the one with the red crystal instead.
EDIT: well, I’m calling it a banner, not quite sure what it is, kind of like a staff planted in the ground

That was one is available from the achievement furnisher, Drops-No-Glass, in Vivec City.
I really want those Sixth House bells as an antiquity furnishing!
I’m glad that the banner was made more common so that people can actually use it (although that change should have been in the patch notes). It was absurdly rare before.
I’m much more okay with furnishing plans being ultra rare, like the Ayleid bookcases, because then others can still use the furnishing made by those who have the plan.
Aetheric ciphers being super rare was fine, should have kept them that way. Luminous ink, the required material/currency for the chapter’s new feature being a rare drop is ridiculous as annonly source. It should drop from various dailies, perhaps in the place of class script scraps once that achievement has been met.
