I got some crowns to sell for gold. Gave the company some money. But now I'm waiting to be able to gift. Lots of waiting like a government queue in a bad country. They don't care to make it speedy they have my money. sigh.

    Is the gift option not available? I just looked quickly and I have that option, though I didn't use it.

    Yeah I'm trying to do the same. Never gifted before and it's not enabled even though I've had a account since early access.

    You can always request a refund for your crown purchase based on the inability to use the crowns in the way you purchased them for. Just explain that you wanted to gift friends with the crown store items but you can't gift due to a restriction on your account.

    They did get back to me with a similar comment. Hopefully the high volume means High Road is a unexpected success but more likely they just let support crumble with the extra load.
