PSA Disable Addon-ons Before Reporting Bugs

Can we all rule out add-ons first please? There are a few known issues with outdated add-ons:
ESOHead (fixed with latest update) - causing severing stuttering or frame rate drops after 1.01 patch
Spam Filter (fixed with latest update) - unknown crash after character creation caused by loose text file in add-on
There are probably others so please for your own sanity and ZOS's, disable all add-ons if you are experiencing problems to see if your issue goes away.
