A major conceptual problem with indrik's challenges

It is a problem immersion, plot and lore-wise. Nothing mechanical, but I guess some people just don't care about that one bit. There are those who do though.

It's not about people not caring, it's about people interpreting it differently in way where that's not taking away choice.

For example, I saw the overlapping options as something that gave me MORE choice, so could choose to be efficient and did two at once. Doing two by accident isn't the Indrik's fault! It sounds like a serendipitous surprise of magic, which I would say is actually pretty on-theme for the quests. Having to avoid skeletons in a delve quest to complete the challenges a certain way sounds like something a very particular and ambitious mage would do. So that also sounds expressive of the type of character/player doing the quest.
