Was the animation/speed of mounts changed or is the buff not applying? Mounts seem slower this patch.

    You can verify your actual mounted speed, if on PC/Mac, using Fyrakin's Minimap or Bandit UI.

    The mount running animation was messed with. I complained about it during the PTS cycle:

Who knows, because it isn't in the Known Bug list. :(

    Kevin’s comment linked above confirms that they intentionally capped the animation speed.
