I wouldn't necesarily call the game empty, but from my POV there sure is a large amount of players that don't seem to be interested in doing much of anything other than overland and housing.

I'd like to see some statistics of the % of active players that regularly participate in pledges, vet dungeons or trials (or really any content designed for groups.)
I'd say 90% of total players in the game play it like Skyrim 2.0 completely solo and don't really interact with anyone.
Same here, apart from a handful of informal groupings with fellow guild members over the last 3+ years. I've never done a RND (in fact, after everything I've read about them, I was quite frankly very put off the idea).Rkindaleft, In my case you just described my entire role in eso. Never once have I done any group content.

I think that's probably true, and it doesn't detract from the success of the game at all, on the contrary it has been the basis for its continued success.
I interact with others in the sense of doing some group content like world bosses, dolmens and public dungeons alongside other players but I'm not grouped with them, in fact I don't recall ever being in a group at all in ESO. I guess with that playstyle it's not surprising that I don't have a clue what these "6 keys" are that the OP mentioned!
Isn't it 8 keys now?
6 key could be:
A DLC HM, and two normal base game dungeons.
Two Vet Base game dungeons and a normal DLC
or
A Vet DLC, a Vet Base Game, and a normal base game

One of the bigger middle fingers was turning off the ability to accept credit card payments from a large number of European banks. People who can't pay are very likely to walk away.

Do we know that ZoS is refusing the credit cards? Or could it be the credit cards that are refusing the transaction?

- Forums are full of complaints about other players' dungeon behavior "not measuring up".
- Players are reticent to queue up for dungeons.
Coincidence or cause and effect?
Tune in for Khajiit's special report.
