Dragon fights I get bad lag where all action would just freeze, then about 5 seconds later it was like all actions from mobs and players had queued up and they all rapid fired in 1 second.
Would have been hilarious if it wasn't making things unplayable.

The people not experiencing any lag are not participating in any challenging content where the issue is practically guaranteed to crop up. Heck, people are even having problems with lag and disconnect while using guild vendors and the bank.

How? I was trying to finish some quests in Reapers March yesterday, and even then, I was lagging so bad! In a low population zone!
