i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Gosh a battlepass would be the final nail in the coffin for me. I'd quit so hard. There is already a subscription, a crown store, and adding another fee to play would be ridiculous.11 -

✭Fallout 76s battle pass system was awesome, up until the most recent iteration. But we have endeavours in ESO. That's our equivalent of a battle pass. It works fine for this game. No more is needed tyvm.1 -

If you complete endeavours you get seals of endeavour which you can use to buy anything from the currently available crown crates, including mounts, skins and other cosmetics.
This system has two advantages over how battle passes typically work: firstly it's free, secondly you can save the seals until there's a reward you want and then choose exactly which one/s you get instead of having to get the ones from the current pass or season or whatever they call it. I've skipped a few crates because there was nothing I wanted, then bought several things from a later crate with the seals I saved up.
It is annoyingly slow to start accumulating seals, especially for the most expensive rewards, but that's because ZOS want to keep an incentive to buy crates. I think it's because Microsoft's policy (put in place to try to get ahead of further legislation) is that anything which comes from loot boxes can also be earned in-game. It was several years after Belgium made loot boxes illegal (and ZOS like most companies simply disabled the purchase for players in Belgium) that we got endeavours, but it was one of the first new things we got after Microsoft bought Zenimax.

I'm level 1767 and it very boring, too many sets with 80% of them is weak and unused and not balance and less weapons and no at least 60% balance where unfortunately it making me enjoy the game but still do but having something like this where it add more opportunities to grind for something that worth on expensive things, is something good to have.
but again I believe scribing should happen 3 years ago not now and also more classes as well but unfortunately no so the game is not going to get balance until 2030.0 -

-you get a wide selection of items per tier
-you don't need to get every item in a tier of the pass to unlock the next tier one
