After Patching Today the Game Crashes Whenever I Hit 'Play' from the Launcher

I think the title says it all. I didn't have any problems until after the patch today. I have tried closing all background operations, rebooting, reinstalling the launcher, and running as an administrator. Nothing has worked. I keep getting this error:
