Kind of surprised it hasn't already been added as an option to have Pelinal Whitestrake's costume/polymorph, especially when one of the games events is Whitestrake's mayhem.

Hmm. I don't think rabbits are rodents....

(Incidentally, the Rodentia does not include rabbits; rabbits differ from rodents in having an extra pair of incisors and in other skeletal features. Rabbits, hares, and a few other species make up the Lagomorpha. Shrews, moles and hedgehogs are also not rodents; they are classified in the Mammal order Eulipotyphla.)
As an exemplar of a particular sort of "knightly" heavy armor, It's fine. I don't care for any heavy armor (no, I don't do tanks), and that's one of the better ones.... Most of them are.... clunky and not really attractive.

I mean, yeah, I love the armor and ESO isn't always immersive due to people running around looking more godly than Daedric Princes but... I don't know. Something about adding that armor just wouldn't feel right to me.

What styles?
We don’t have a chest piece that has a tabard wrapping around under the arms, or legs that would pair with anything like that.
Not to mention, a winged Teutonic helm?
I would say that the most iconic pieces of the style do not exist in-game, not even remotely.
There is a similar helmet style from crates, which gives knight aspirant style. There is one with eagle on it similar to old tournament helms.
You can easily make the body pieces with existing styles, also wearing a literal guild tabard for the tabard.
