Well, it’s officially in the game now.

Please let there be a way to get this, be it a costume, polymorph, or style pages. We can already get the Umaril the Unfeathered polymorph, we need Pelinal Whitestrake now!

Kind of surprised it hasn't already been added as an option to have Pelinal Whitestrake's costume/polymorph, especially when one of the games events is Whitestrake's mayhem.

That event name is only a couple of years old, though. Whitestrake’s was not their first choice for the name. It was Midyear Mayhem for much longer. They said they wanted to change it as part of offering it twice per year instead of just midway through.

(Incidentally, the Rodentia does not include rabbits; rabbits differ from rodents in having an extra pair of incisors and in other skeletal features. Rabbits, hares, and a few other species make up the Lagomorpha. Shrews, moles and hedgehogs are also not rodents; they are classified in the Mammal order Eulipotyphla.)

Thanks! I was in the middle of doing a website update and couldn't look it up right then!

Are we looking at the same one?

Tuetonic full helm with wings? Or Umaril’s? Because I agree they butchered Umaril.

Not going to lie, I want that armor as both a polymorph and a motif set.

And please make the cuirass look like a cuirass underneath the tabard, instead of making it disappear like most of the newer styles do under guild tabards :/

    Legends never die
    They're written down in eternity
But you'll never see the price it costs
The scars collected all their lives
When everything's lost, they pick up their hearts and avenge defeat
Before it all starts, they suffer through harm just to touch a dream
    Oh, pick yourself up, 'cause

The crusader armor. It's boxy and unattractive. I didn't like it in any game it's been in.

That’s unfortunate! I on the other hand insist on having it! My family’s heraldry is winged and I have yet to find a decent winged helmet in this game!

Not to mention, Pelinal is iconic!

As an exemplar of a particular sort of "knightly" heavy armor, It's fine. I don't care for any heavy armor (no, I don't do tanks), and that's one of the better ones.... Most of them are.... clunky and not really attractive.

Right, I feel like a lot of the heavier looking armors look bulky just for the sake of it.

Having more clean sets like this one would be incredible.

The lorehound in me makes me not want this. It's one thing to have Pelinal's armor in Skyrim through Creation Club, despite the lack of proper lore justification, but seeing a bunch of people running around Tamriel in the Crusader's artifacts might give me a seizure.

I mean, yeah, I love the armor and ESO isn't always immersive due to people running around looking more godly than Daedric Princes but... I don't know. Something about adding that armor just wouldn't feel right to me.

While I get that concern, there are already people running around as Umaril with all kinds of Daedric artifact replicas, and each of us pull out Dawnbreaker, the actual Daedric artifact whenever we use the Fighter’s Guild ultimate.

I think the perfect middle ground would be to make it extremely rare, like a .001% chance of Polymorph drop on Cyrodiil town dailies. That would incentivize people to get out there again.

    What styles?

We don’t have a chest piece that has a tabard wrapping around under the arms, or legs that would pair with anything like that.

Not to mention, a winged Teutonic helm?

I would say that the most iconic pieces of the style do not exist in-game, not even remotely.

Strangely enough, the tabard and helm are why I dislike the set.

There is a similar helmet style from crates, which gives knight aspirant style. There is one with eagle on it similar to old tournament helms.

You can easily make the body pieces with existing styles, also wearing a literal guild tabard for the tabard.

The Knight Aspirant helmet is bloated and looks horrendous, it also does not have the wings, have you actually seen a player with the Scavenger Legion Helm you’re speaking of? Like the back of the helmet? There’s a reason people don’t wear it, and that’s because it’s not a full-helm. It opens up in the back and the side, and the head underneath the helm is unshadowed, and undyable.

Guild tabards are lifeless paper that drape in front and in back, they do not wrap around the cuirass’ sides, they actually remove your cuirass and replace it with a weird texture on every motif after 2016.

Um. Why would I not dare? That sort of schlock was never anything I had any interest in. I mean.... I love opera and classical orchestral music....

I also don't love the Beatles.... or country-western. So sue me.
