For some time now I have systematically had a 303 error each time I launch the game for the first time, every day.

I opened a ticket and got "Connect with your mobile phone"... I thought I was dreaming...

I didn't encounter this problem before the March maintenance...

I'm ESO+ and am able to have normal access to the game and not have to restart it every time...

    Yesterday error 303
    Today error 334

    All day it's the same...

    No viable solution has been found.

    I'm sorry to hear the issue has cropped back up. That being the case, please open another ticket and let our agents know so that they can help troubleshoot further.

    My first startup today was followed by a 303 error.

    It's been like this for several weeks and the technical service has not offered any viable solution other than connecting me from my mobile phone. like Modem. Which I refuse to do given that the game has never posed a problem for several years.
    I hope that this clear message will respect the rules of use

    Your "support" agents are copy-pasting KB articles and closing tickets immediately.

    Are they getting a bonus for how many tickets they "resolve" per day?

    Meanwhile thousands of people are experiencing connectivity problems since the datacenter maintenance on 22nd May.

    Have any of you checked to see if a cellphone connected to your network is uploading a backup over your internet? I caught one of the family cellphones doing just this on my network recently and had to take steps to stop it from happening.
    (Math before coffee, except after 3, is not for me)
