hi please can anyone from the support team help ive just come back to ESO after i think 3 maybe 4 years and i need to update my email address which i dont have access to anymore but i have provided all details and everything which should validate my ownership. im able to also login via my xbox profile but unable to that when i launch game because it sends code to old email which i dont have any longer i have also uploaded my passport and my address history from when i have bought the game back when it released in 2014 also have had been a eso member

    my ticket still not been seen and its just a simple detail change request dont understand why it takes days for such support

    this is so annoying not even a response still the same thing on the ticket waiting on agent and on the other ticket it says investigation ongoing. I wont be able to tell if I'm getting any response from them if they decide to send email because I don't have access to that anymore and that's the whole reason I submitted the ticket is to change my detail.

    My son has the exact same issue. Came home to visit for 2 weeks. STILL cannot log into the game bc no code is sent even after updating password. So frustrating.

    i just had one of my tickets closed and it was the latest one but the old ticket remains open here is the reference code 240504-007336. So am still stuck with this issue although they have closed one of my ticket down due to duplicate which i understand but why not respond to the ticket thats been open and still pending a agent review ?

    please @ZOS_Bill @ZOS_GinaBruno can you guys somehow help me i just want to get back to playing and for the time being i just started playing on my second account and also a paid eso subscriber by the way which i wanted for this account basit21

    this is just so absurd that someone has to wait x amount of days in order to even get a response on a ticket. I really don't understand what type of support these guys offer its non existent i wish the forum guys were given more authority than thoes who actually deal with tickets. still waiting on a agent 3 days in now i think.

    ok guys so i just looked at my ticket and its been 5 days i have read somewhere that if i dont get a response in 4 working days my ticket is of no use. Is this still the case, if so then does that mean that my ticket is of no use now although it says still waiting on agent. @ZOS_Bill @ZOS_Adrikoth @ZOS_Icy @ZOS_KaiSchober

    Just a quick update i managed to recover my Microsoft email account thank god i had recovery key had to look back of years of photo on my one drive and it was there. i have closed the ticket my self
