Forum Functionality

Not a complaint so much as a suggestion, but the forums are not intuitive or easy to navigate.
For example;
1. When I have selected En or En-Uk as language, the next selection still displays posts and category selection in all three languages. I m sure this is as frustrating to French and German speakers as it is to English ones. It is also sloppy web-site protocols that should be fixed.
2. When I select News and discussions category there is no rationale at all behind it - it should have stickies at the top, and either sub categories such as general discussion, non-game discussion etc or some other dissembling of content.
3. Server status should be a fixed and easily discernable section of the forums homepage - setting a link in a hard to find post is NOT the way to do this.
4. The launcher has a small section entitled news, make this bigger and start posting updates to it when the server is down etc - a well known mmo has through the years managed to get this just about right, more information = less bitching/forum rants.
Link the launcher news articles to the relevant posts - I know it can be found in the support/community tabs in the launcher too - but why complicate it.
A perfect example is the fact that this has to be posted in Cust Support and it cant be posted in a general post
