Do I need these Files?

Silentwolf79
So I am going to move my Game files to my SSD and was looking at the size of the directories involved, and noticed all in all, there are 52Gig, and was wondering if I need them, the two main directories are

D:\Program Files\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online -- 21Gig
&
D:\Program Files\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online EU -- 30Gig

So my question is, Do I need both and are there files I can "Trim"?

edit: I was going to change the emotes, but I feel them to be rather apt

If you play on US megaserver, use "The Elder Scrolls Online". If you play on EU, use "The Elder Scrolls Online EU".

I understand that, but will it affect the game or the install if I delete the US directory?

Thank you for your reply by the way

Yes, you'll need to keep both folders if you plan on playing on both servers. I'm pretty sure the two servers are updated at different times so one set of game files won't always be compatible with both servers.

52Gb for one game.. It's crazy how big hard drives have become. I was thrilled to have a 200mb drive in my old i486 back in '91. A cheapo 1TB drive is equal to 5000 of them. :p

But if I ONLY plan on playing on the EU megaserver, can I delete the US directory?

As for memory, good grief I remember playing on my Spectrum 48k - and thinking how real the games were!!
