You say the above but then in your posts you say:

You also say:
"It is free if it's base game and requires no additional purchase besides playing the game."
To me you're definitely responding with a statemente/fact, not a "but at the end of the day, people can consider it how they'd like".

"If I I have to get" is a statement about how I consider things. I didn't say it was a fact. I used the personal pronoun I.
For the latter half, you asked how it should be called, and I answered how I think it should be called. The context makes it clear I am responding to a question.

Category: Opinion.
People just say what they think. Personally, I don't consider things statements facts unless a person specifically labels it as such. Or they cite something directly that is easily verifiable e.g. the developers said x. Because that's how the majority of people speak on game forums, and nitpicking language is seldom a good argument.
