It is all good and all, but you do realise this is only happening because we are celebrating the 10-year anniversary, right? We are to celebrate it over a period of, what was it, 18 months?
So sure, that sounds like a long time, but after that it will go back to the old normal login rewards/endeavors/etc sadly.

However, I am very happy with all the extra seals they are throwing at us! For some reason people often tend to measure the worth of seals in relation to radiant apex only, and sure it's a long grind when your only measuring stick is 16k seals.
But for someone who has zero interest in those, the system is not overtly grindy imo and those bonus seals add up pretty fast, I am buying non-apex stuff fairly regularly and I don't even do the dailies daily (though I did during the event!).
Endeavors might as well not exist - all I see is a system that is not designed to reward players, but to allow ZOS to say with a straight face 'everything in our loot boxes is available through gameplay'.
IMO, most of the high-level rewards clash with the game and look like a child or art intern took a general base item and added a bunch of shiny or color along with making it vomit VFX onscreen every time it is used - so not even interested.

^this unfortunately.
I 100% agree with the point that having substantial and meaningful in-game rewards would do wonders for player loyalty. However after having seen Azura's video on Zenimax (won't link here as it's rather anti-Zenimax) I remain doubtful that will happen unless some responsible company buys Zenimax from Microsoft.

It kind of needs to go back. Otherwise what we see now as really nice rewards become only ordinary and we will expect even better when the next occasion to celebrate comes along.
Recent episodes: monthly rewards are progressively better; Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood Seals of Endeavor bonus; Gold Road trifecta mount looks like a radiant apex; Starting from infinite archive, the updates actually reward way more free skins and mounts; the skill colours thing with scribing is 100% free.
These have shown that Zenimax can and will give [a lot of] extra seals of endeavor with no counterpart to the game economy or public perception. (And also mounts, skins, crown crates etc.)
These moves are positive to the playerbase perception. Why wouldn't it?!
Also, accumulating 16k seals is way too slow the way it is (30~60 seals a day). 200+ seals a day makes a lot of sense: about 80 days for a radiant apex mount (not counting the weekly endeavors). Do you think Zenimax would be in a bad situation if they allowed players to farm for a SINGLE radiant apex mount every 80 days? I don't think so.
Same applies to crown crates and skins and mounts.
Besides, games like WoW really show how encouraging players with abundant, good rewards will actually make them play more and then pay more for things like sub and other cosmetics.
My iteration: I've always subbed and always spent a lot with crowns. This won't change. Actually, changes like the mentioned above make me want to sub and fund the game even more.
It's simple to see, actually. Give players more rewards; this won't affect negatively sales; in fact, it will increase sales; playerbase will be more loyal.
I wanna say thank you but at the same time I feel like we both are benefiting from it.
So keep doing this? We appreciate this!

The legion of people that never got special style drops (me, though I don't care) during the anniversary event would like a word
