The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 11.2.5 is available.
Missing fragments from the Event Vendors

The Impresario and Philius Dormier do not sell the fragments for the Molag Bal Illusion Imp, Unstable Morpholith and Soulfire Dragon Illusion since the Zeal of Zenithar testing began this week. I had to use the CP3600 template character's containers to unlock those pets before being able to morph them further.
The Indrik Vendor in Craglorn isn't affected by this.
