✭✭If I remember right, it's a compilation of other achievements (Savior of X, Hero of Y etc), so it's like master fisher or skyshards—per account.PC-NA

✭✭✭✭✭as far as im aware the only achievements which are still per character are public dungeon group bosses (due to skill pt being tied to the achievement), maelstrom arena quests (due to the skill pt being granted by the achievement, not quest), and various "collectible" achievements (music box, precursor, etc)plays PC/NA
