In the game Divinity 2 Dragon Knight Saga, you can visit a barbershop or a hairdresser and get a complete make over. Maybe we could have that in ESO.. a gym for unfit fighters? Naah! sounds too much like real life!

There is going to be a cash shop, at the moment the only thing known to be sold in it is a horse but i'm expecting a lot of fluff items to go in it.
They announced the cash shop last August.

I think cash shops are fine for fluff.
I spend a lot of time getting my characters to look right before I take them into a game world so the thought of my sub money being used to add fluff in game via a barber shop or similar doesn't impress me.
I say, put it in a cash store where it can generate income to keep those devs paid to design the meaningful (to me) content.
Unlike you though, if they do add fluff in game and not on a cash store, I won't be threatening to cancel my sub.

Bunneh✭✭✭I pay subs (therefore there should be no cost to re-customisation) and would like the ability to change the appearance of any of my toons as the creation process image often does not reflect the in-game appearance, or even would like to make changes to freshen the experience of playing them without have to re-roll.
The software to change appearance etc. is already part of the game so therefore the effort to implement a facility to do so would be minimal.
This capability is available in many other major MMOs, so please, please implement this feature soon (very soon).
