(I posted this in the PC technical support section and got no response from anyone. I’m posting it here since perhaps I posted in the wrong forum to begin with.)

I am one of those users with a locked account due to PTS. I created an alternative account and purchased a whole new copy of the game prior to the code being sent out. I thought, that my main account when it is rolled back, would be able to use this full new copy but I've been told by several users that it won't be.

Because of this, I've requested a refund for that purchase so that I may apply the code itself since it is free for affected users, and the newer version on my main account when it is unlocked. How long does this take? I have two tickets opened. One was escalated but I still have not heard back.

    The event has been extended by 2 days, but for whom if banned will have to wait over a week. Even on the EU server. Also, how can it be that others are allowed to play on the EU server again?

    I don’t think it’s time. I’ve been since 2016 or 2017. They had announced that some few accounts would be unlocked. If you follow the post in the general discussion forum? It sounds like some accounts didn’t require a “roll back” and some will (probably yours and mine).
