SkyShards Addon Update - Gold Road

I've updated the code block for the Gold Road Release from PTS Data as below for SkyShards
Added Line 70 - [3949] = true, -- West Weald Skyshard Hunter
and the following block (I can email the Lua to you if you DM me)
Have tested all working in PTS. All locations are spot on.
Only thing though - some of the Map Names are not finalised as they are in a diff Lib, have posted a separate thread to Dev's about this for final names for the Delves/Dungeons etc. So until thats provided its not 100% OK
