no new structure? 2-3 some furniture and thats it? seriously? what a disappointment.

what are you talking about?
there are nearly 200 new furnishings and structural furnishings have in previous years been added in quarters 3 and 1.

ah you edited the post title to say "townhouse" instead of "hometown".

there's a gold purchaseable home called Merryvine Estate in Northwest of the West Weald zone.
not in Skingrad, but bigger than a town house would have been.

it'll be 1.3 million gold and require the Grand Adventurer achievement

yeah Ive seen that, but i was hoping for original home in Skingrad from Oblivion, or at least as closest as it could be to original, this was the only reason i was so hyped for skingrad as a city in eso.

yeah as an Oblivion guy I was also hoping for a house that was a nod to Rosethorn Hall, like how the Skyrim stans got Proudspire Manor

I haven't checked the PTS at all yet, but my first thought was that the OP meant there's no "free" inn room in the new chapter. Could someone comment on whether such a room will be available?

I love the new house but yeah, honesty agreed. Rosethorn Hall's aesthetic is my favorite of any ES series player home, feels like a missed opportunity for a perfect large house.

yea there's an inn room called Rosewine Retreat in Skingrad.

this stuff is all in the patch notes

i was also expecting Rosethorn Hall, but am happier with a house that actually has space to build and well a garden to use all the new wonderful home goods.

That side of Skingrad isn't built yet as Rosethorn Hall is on the north side while ESOs is the south side.
