Three days, two support tickets and still no clear answer to my question...

    One can only imagine how busy they are. Zenimax has never failed us in the long run, so you just gotta have some faith. And keep that game patched up.

    My question is not a technical one. My game was crashing, but that was due to buggy drivers and I troubleshooted this one myself :)

    My actual problem is that I live in a small country where no delivery of the retail version was guaranteed in the local stores so I pre-ordered from Amazon DE the Imperial edition, however Zenimax or Bethesda desided that they will force Amazon to start sendig the games on 4th which means I will get it delivered earliest at 10th and this is if I am extremely lucky AND I want to play the game not wait for another 1 or 2 weeks (or what's the point of the early access?).

    What I asked was to pay for the digital version and once I get the retail copy to enter my retail code and transfer the money for the digital version to subscription(preffered) OR refund them. 5 e-mails, 3 days and 2 tickets(how can they forget a ticket? 2nd one got answer within few hours) later I managed to squeeze an answer that I can only get refund and I must first get it and then enter the new code (was different when I did the same for another game from another company..). So far so good - now the next obvious question is - will my characters and my overall progression be saved. And they told me "At this time, because the official launch has not happened, we can neither confirm nor deny what will happen to the characters and items." - WTF?? For real? What the hell the lauch have to do with this? The system is in place and I highly doubt they will perform a change on this matter in the next days (mostly due to the possibilities of issues around the launch).

    I will give example with Blizzard - payment question was answered within 15 minutes and I got straigth solution. And this was when the mistake was clearly mine and they could have went "Your problem, sorry"!

    It is important to remember that part of this process is learning specifically what the issues are. In short they don't have all the answers yet. Not to mention they are slammed. I know its easy to be frustrated but look on the bright side, you're still ahead of the folks starting Friday :)

    2 days and one ticket here Shadow but I figured the devs were just swamped with questions/bug reports etc. Considering the game hasn't technically launched yet to everyone I think the support tickets are the only thing lacking.

    ZOS_JasonL is awsome guy and needed 10 minutes to react which is...fantastic :)

    All I want is to be able to play after the release :blush:

    So the ticket was escalated by ZOS_JasonL, but the other support guys still have not reached me with any kind of solution...How come the online support is so much faster and the back end guys just slack? :(

    Let me update again so people can know the "quality" of the support.

    I have not received A SINGLE e-mail from the staff that the ticket was "escalated to". I wrote PM to @ZOS_JasonL and he confirmed that the ticket is escalated but still nothing...And I do not want just another stupid e-mail like "please give us your e-mail" which they already have but a real solution...

    Anyway my actions if I do not have resolution within next 12 hours (about 5 business days since initial ticket) will be to enjoy the IE figurine, the initial free month when I get it and will never subscribe to the game as they obviously do not want my money.
