I can log into ESO website, but not into the actual game?

I can log into the website perfectly, but when I open the launcher and try to play the game, it's saying my password is wrong when I know it's not. Because I just reset my password twice to make sure.
I'm from the BETA test group, could it be because I haven't paid for the game or anything?
