Yep - Most likely they have not been able to get the glitch out of the PTS. If they put it back online and that is the case then we will go through it all again. It will be up when it is up.
I'd rather this issue be guaranteed fixed before they even think about re-opening the PTS servers (and especially before they make the switch to EU characters on the PTS servers). A repeat of this debacle would be a complete disaster that I doubt would be possible to truly recover from, especially since it extends to things like ESO plus being cancelled etc.
I just wonder how they are fixing the NA accounts. Seems like an awfully slow process when there should just be a program they could run in the servers and roll back all of the accounts in a matter of minutes. What are they doing? Going through them one by one as it seems is going to take a very long time.
I actually may not go back to the affected account. I brought a very old account that I was not using up to speed earlier and as it turns out I have a mega ton of loot stored in the Bank on this account. I had forgotten all about it as it was created in 2016.
