[Suggestion] Recruitment Channel

Hey ESO staff! [And sorry if this topic goes in the wrong forum]
As all the other early access users; I hade to see a lot of guild recruitment spam in Yell and Zone channels, myself being part of it since I'm a guildmaster too and I have not many options to recruit people. And after a while it becomes really annoying.
But instead of banning this, why not making a Recruitment channel on chat?
So the people who wants to get a guild, keeps it on and checks on the offers, and the people who doesn't want just keep the channel off; this way also people stops blocking recruiters which the only thing are doing is their duty.
