Movement Speed Bug

I am Having a issue with my movement speed on one char. seems all movement is reduced by half or more

Perhaps you've inadvertently toggled walk mode. There's a hotkey for that, check your keyboard hotkey settings in options?

I also have this problem. And the toggle is off.

You misunderstand. The toggle was never changed from run to walk. Changing the toggle to walk only makes the movement even slower than walk. Toggling back to run does nothing but go back to the initial problem.

I had the same issue, suicide fixed it.
