Really having issues with services provided by ESO.

On day one was unable to play due to constant dropping and lag issues. This was foreseen and expected. Not being able to play all day and now having to reinstall my whole client because of data corruption after the new patch, not! I have a 50mb connection with my ISP. Here I am RE-downloading the client at 3 mbs with 20000mb to go. Now with my math that calculates to about 2 hours of dl time. Really! This makes 2 days that I am not able to play. I PAID extra to be able to play pre launch. This is freaking bull crap. Where is the customer service that we all have the right to have? Am I going to have to re-install each time I update to a new patch? Take in mind that that 2 hours doesn't include any extra dls after this one or the installation.

Something is definitely owed here!
