Vampiric drain as a Finishing skill

I think this would add more variety for those who like to play as vampires, or give some classes a good finishing ability, because in the current variation the skill is quite useless. To be like templar finishing, but with own features, typical for vampires

Sure, why not allow Vampiric Drain to deal Execute damage? After all, Templar has a similar skill which is also a channeled beam, which not only does Execute damage, but heals the user for a percentage of the damage done, in addition to restoring resources. Radiant Glory is like Drain Vigor, except it also deals Execute damage.

It also kind of makes sense to use that skill as a finisher, rather than Eviscerate and its morphs as the finisher, because Eviscerate scales based off your own Health, rather than the enemy's Health.

As a templar i approve this. Finally something good in vampire skill tree. But need at least one but. Skill should be not 100% similiar need at least something different.

I think the ability of self-healing should still be preserved, what kind of vampire is without draining, so as not to be a complete full copy, he can also continue to heal depending on the missing health, or combine healing from the damage done and the missing health, in fact this is not an OP, if adjust the correct numbers and percentages. The first morph should also continue to give ult points, and the other should slow down while vampiric drain is working, or give protection from control
