*Game Breaking* "God of Schemes" Quest Bugged, Unable to complete, 3 attempts later

So over the past day I have slowly been seeing this quest reset, none of these attempts worked properly and it does NOT execute him to complete the quest. The quest is not able to be abandoned and I am basically completely unable to progress my character or continue playing the game.

Any help or a GMs potential ability to force complete this quest for me would be great, this is quite ridiculous and making me not want to continue playing.

I've been stuck on this for a day as well - they can't be seriously letting ppl not being able to progress to the VR zones without helping them... wtf... this is ridiculous. No help from Customer Service yet either.

same thing here...? not able to kill him... seriously. this is frustrating and we are not able to have any direct help!?

My issue is that I am stuck on talking to Lyris Titanborn. There is no interaction at all.

EDIT: Note this is AFTER you kill Baal

My main story (pick a companion to die @ Harborage) never updated after the NPCs telling me its a hard decision. I have no Main Quest anymore. STUCK. STUCK. STUCK.

I just had this problem.. about to kill molag baal.. at the end I should have gotten a sword to hack him.. my sword just floated next to me and he just stood there.. I tried to relog.. then he would be both in big and small form..
then I teleported to cyrodil.. afterwards I could not resume the quest anymore
it just sais "Enter Coldharbour" even though i'm there.. I tried following the path.. went again trough the labyrinth and got to where Meridia opened the portal there I was stuck..

q1: what do I do?
q2: when will this be fixed ?
q3: why is this bugged ? its the main AND last quest ffs

edit: managed to resume the quest by teleporting from coldharbour to harborage and back to coldharbour..
