There's ones doing small tasks for Mage's Guild members. IMO, those are the ones that most regular people would see as hostile Daedra in town are not common.

What is weird is if they pin me down when I am facing them my character is lying face up. But if they pin me down when I am running and facing away from them my character is lying face down.

Yeah the move is called Devour. It was clearly to be used around the stomach area but your character awkward readjust and the clannfear does it wherever if there're in range. So sometimes they eat my foot.
