Cant claim Orcinium DLC from Login Rewards

YEY a ferr dlc 
BUT! you cant claim it... i dont have any eso plus on my second account and also no DLC's so a free dlc is really nice to have, but i cant claim it at all... i hear if you travel to Deadlands/Fargrave you can claim it, but some people dont have that. @Zos please, fix this fast!

✭Someone kindly shared that porting into Fargrave fixed it.

Says not available for 16 hours and has locked out my last days claim as if I have missed it.
Its the second, I claimed yesterdays so I havent missed a day.

Ashnarug✭✭✭I guess I am not the only one to have lost 2 daily reward. Orsinium (March 2) not available because I already have it but shown as available in 21h; and March 31 now locked for unknown reason.
