Cant claim Orcinium DLC from Login Rewards

YEY a ferr dlc 
BUT! you cant claim it... i dont have any eso plus on my second account and also no DLC's so a free dlc is really nice to have, but i cant claim it at all... i hear if you travel to Deadlands/Fargrave you can claim it, but some people dont have that. @Zos please, fix this fast!

✭Someone kindly shared that porting into Fargrave fixed it.
