Hello,
A question on my ticket status. My ticket will be moving on to day 3 soon waiting for a resolution. While I know that isn't long in the scheme of things, I can't play at all while I wait because I need to stay offline for the fix . My son is off from school tomorrow and I took off of work to play with him for a while. Was hoping this could be resolved soon if possible?

They resolved my ticket but made a mistake. And now my ticket is muted and I can't respond and request for a correction? Can I get unmuted to update my ticket please?
