Necromancer dps really fits its class theme, its dead and just a worse version of anything else with the only thing keeping it viable played being it can apply EC better than other classes which will only last until spell scribing comes out when it will then be valid and reasonable response to kick any cro dps from groups
Want aoe damage: arc, dk out class cro
Want single target damage: arc, nb, sorc, plar, warden out parse cro
want burst damage in pve: arc, dk, sorc, nb, warden out class cro
want to do damage to a moving target: arc, dk, sorc, nb, plar out class cro
want an execute: plar, nb, warden do so far better then cro
need unique group buffs: pick any other class
need common non unique group buffs again pick any other class that isn't replaceable with an item set
there are 0 situations cro is the best option in pve due to how little damage it does and reliant on other for all and any buffs, making the rotation do less damage or be less complex and hit for even less then the complex one isn't the solution to a class struggling to keep its damage on enemies just for said damage to be mediocre
the class is in need of desperate buffs to damage above anything else, not 10%-20% damage nerfs on its main damage ability while the most oppressive damage class receive a measly 7% damage nerf on their main damage
really baffles the mind why the worst dps class is getting its damage nerfed?
