    You know the forums are probably not place to address this over-all problem, right? If you have a real concern, those cool "blue".. err "Green" in this game, names that appear in the dev tracker? @ZoS_GinaBruno and @Zos_JessicaFolsom? You may consider sending them directed private messages thru the forum mail asking if their response to your ticket # xyxyxyxy is good CS, rather than posting in a forum HOPING for a response, looking for public support and asking for people to troll you.

    But the forums are exactly the place to go if you've tried all the other avenues (email in game and out, chat) and you're still not getting a satisfactory response. This way other people with the same issue can make their case and it gives the issue some importance being in the public eye. The only time I got a dev response to my bank being missing is from the forums. Not from the emails. The emails just put you in touch with their customer service reps that give you standard answers but can't actually assist you with a technical problem.

    Received a very good response from Tech Support. It took awhile but I'm now getting places. They are working on a system to return peoples items that were lost in the bank bug. The bug should have been fixed in the latest patch.

    This is the kind of response that shows amazing support! It's concise, give's detail to my questions and even adds a little humour/immersion. Wish I could let someone know this guy is on the ball.

    You won't have any problems continuing to use the bank as normal, the items should be rolled out via in-game mail, I'll let you know if that changes.

    I got a response from support after 4 days but it did not even relate to my issue. Clearly not even taking the time to read the problem.

    I have an Issue With my game not being able to play.. i can See my Ui But no in game video its all black..I contacted Tech Support On Sunday and then again on Tuesday. it had been a Week and i have not Gotten a Replay to help me fix this. They told me that my Request was put in the Wrong Queue, and that they would put me in Front of the Tech Queue..no Respond. i am Very Frustrated with their Tech Service.
