Was unable to have my NA server characters copied over for the anni event

I have had serious issues trying to get the test server to work over the last 2 years. yesterday I was finally able to fix it but my Live server characters did not copy over. so I'm unable to see the anniversary cakes that I missed by not playing the game between January 2020 and June 2021
