Queue penalty if you dropped group for any reason seems to have gotten significantly longer.

    This is not a change. It is a very longstanding bug that's been around since at least Homestead:

    Later in the thread, Gina asked for more details to help the devs figure out what was going wrong. Nothing seems to have come of that since.
