Launching in Steam

Thought this was the best place to ask questions of the possible issue, been a couple of months, customer support is always a great help, just have an issue with the launcher not launching the base game, not sure what the exact issue is in the console. I have tried the overlay button before launching, have not thought about switching sides on the console, kind of a delicate, but beautiful process in seeing the base game launch.

Launch list
1.launch does not function from Necrom
2.launch does function from Skyblivion playtest
3.launch does not function from Gold Road
4.launch does not function from High Isle

The previous past launches just load on the screen for about 10 seconds, the recent past launch loaded longer, possibly thought to launch when Gold Road is linked, usually when a previous discussion is seen from ZOS, that really helps in finding information on the possible fix to the issue, is there a reset or button that will produce the launch, hoping that the commands will function seen from Steam user commands, after the launch is attempted, reverts back to the main play screen, just bounces back, so the loading release from page to page is going to be great to study
