Launcher doesn't recognize installed game

I tried to switch server by changing the folder 'The Elder Scrolls Online' to 'The Elder Scrolls Online EU' in the zenimax online folder and by setting the launcher to EU. Before that I tried it with ' ESO (EU)' , which didn't work because it gave the install option and not the play option. When I changed it to NA all worked fine again. This time however it still didn't work but when I changed it back to NA I didn't get the play option but the install option. So the whole game is installed, but the launcher doesn't detect it.
Is there anyway to fix this? Would like to play as soon as the patch comes..
