Cyrodiil bug?

Hello, just wanted to drop this off. When entering Cyrodiil, there's no structures (scroll gates, keeps, resource towers, etc.), no transit shrines, no guards, etc. anywhere on the map. It's as if the devs turned Cyrodiil off. Am I missing something? Seemed to work fine previously in the day. (internet connection is fine btw) Here's a video:

I have no idea what triggers the bug, but I do know that relogging, swapping toons, porting out, nor crashing client fixes it.
