Sluthrug's Hunger adjustments

generalsherman4ub17_ESO
A couple of small tweaks I'd like to recommend for the Sluthrug's Hunger set. Here's how it currently works:

5 – Healing yourself or an ally makes your target Blood Hungry for 3 seconds. Dealing direct damage to an enemy makes them Bloodied for 3 seconds. Bloodied enemies take 4% more damage from and deal 4% less damage to Blood Hungry targets.

I think this set is very close to being a viable healer option for trials as it provides both a damage buff for dps and some damage mitigation for tanks, very useful for pushing some of the newer HMs. The biggest change this set needs is to proc Blood Hungry off overhealing to make sure that buff can be applied consistently. The other thing is 3 seconds on both buffs is probably too short a duration for only 4% bonuses, I think 6 seconds would make it more reasonable for a healer to keep the debuff on a boss while dealing with mechanics.

Hope to see some changes to this set in the coming weeks to make it a more enticing option for trial groups!

If you made this change it would even more negatively impact PvP. Groups don't need a free 4% extra dmg as it is let alone 4% extra mitigation on top of that

While I agree on the pvp groups not needing the extra mitigation and that probably being a issue without this affecting overhealing I feel like no one will use this ever

This set has potential, but it has a number of obvious shortcomings. It relies on healing yet is medium armor, which places a high demand on the user. Either the healer uses two medium armor body pieces, forgoes the corresponding light armor passive, or arranges them in jewelry & weapon and maintains uptime with advanced weaving skills. Not to mention that it doesn't work for overhealing on the PTS right now.

I really hope ZOS improves the conditions of use for this set. Raid team build has been fixed for a long time and needs a bit of fresh blood and this set just made me BLOOD HUNGRY >:)

Make it work off overhealing. This set and the blind would go so well with rallying cry and would add value to radiating regen and echoing vigor.

If it doesn't work on overhealing, it's a PvP set only, and can safely be balanced as such.
