New Shattering Spines need to be Overcharged

U41 has made changes to Status Effects, but there are still many Status Effects that cannot be obtained stably.
This buff to Encase looks good on paper, but in reality Shattering Spines, as a damage skill, still doesn't do enough damage.
According to usep's information: Shattering Prison (Old) deal [4765 / 4816 / 4869 / 4920] Magic Damage, and according to U41's instructions, it will increase the damage of Shattering Spines by 10%, which is 4920*1.1=5412.
But in comparison, Wardens' Scorch can cause [6641 / 6714 / 6787 / 6860] AOE magic damage (3 seconds delay) + [9223 / 9324 / 9426 / 9527] magic damage (6 seconds delay). Morphs even grant Major and Minor Breach.
Blighted Blastbones(old) (2.5 seconds delay) can cause [9529 / 9633 / 9737 / 9842] Disease Damage and give Major Defile.

Based on data comparison, Shattering Spines still lack sufficient damage in PVE. The new Shattering Spines still don't do enough damage (compared to other skills with delays), but considering this is a skill that grants Immobilized, giving it too many buffs may make it too powerful in PVP.
Therefore I recommend having Shattering Spines also give the target Overcharged for 10 seconds. Give MagicSorc better magic recovery. And the low damage given by Overcharged can slightly make up for the already low damage of Shattering Spines.

I hope not, purely because I have an agenda against Magicka damage sources on Sorc, which is obviously meant to be the Physical/Shock based class.
    • Convert all Shard magic to Physical Damage. (Crystal Frag, Shattering Prison, Rune Cage).
    • Convert all Purple magic to Shock Damage. (Curse, Daedric Tomb, Suppression Field).
Then yeah, give it Sundered. That would be great. DK got this treatment with Magic = Fire. Sorc should too.

I still don't think Sorc's dark magic identity should be erased.
But I agree that all passive abilities of Sorc should be integrated, especially when Energized has a low effect (Sorc lacks a practical source of Shock Damage)
So I suggest: modify the passive ability (such as Amplitude or Capacitor ) and add a new effect to the original effect: every time sorc causes direct magic damage, it will add an additional low-damage lightning attack.
Triggering surge through multiple damage, multi-stage strikes are also more in line with sorc (such as Bound Armaments)

This allows for more effective use of Energized and makes Sorc's direct magic damage (Crystal Fragments & New Shattering Spines) more useful.
