Bash critical chance is now hybridized. Ballpark estimate is up to 10% dps gain depending on your class, build, PvP versus PvE, etc. If bash attacks are most of your damage then you may see a big gain.
Sorcerer receives the largest buff with Major and Minor Prophecy. Nightblade won't see much of a difference.
551 bash attacks with 28% critical strikes. Previously was ~12% because it was always using weapon critical.
