Just pointing out, currently DK is the class with worst sustain in PVP. It's the only class that HAS to run a lot of sustain buffs and even a sustain set quite often. DK is still very strong but it's sustain is nowhere near good.
NB has worst damage potential and no burst whatsoever so giving NB more damage is literally the only thing they should do to NB.
These are good changes.

But, ZOS, how long can you tolerate to tank healing meta in PVP? Do literally something, please.
I go into Cyrodiil and literally get depressed when I see a single player who can kite a crowd of 5-10 people and easy healing. Oh, if this was an isolated incident, no problem, but it happens literally everywhere and all the time.

Stinging Slashes: This set’s damage done bonus now scales off 20.925% of the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage, rather than offering a flat bonus based on the item level, up to 1635. This will result in a damage loss for most builds that are currently engaging with this set.
This could have been a good nerf if it was introduced along with the tank healing meta nerf. But now the nerf master DW will only improve the tank healing meta, since this was one of the options for killing tank players.

Stinging Slashes is what empowers those high health, with health scaling heals, do damage because it was offering good damage with 0 investment. So you are complaining about a playstyle and simultaneously complaining about the one thing that empowers those builds to still do damage.

It is:
- A level 10 character can enter PVP zones, where they will fight against players with or without Champion Points (CP), using all skills, skill morphs, and equipped with PVP sets. How can this be fair and not annoying?
- You go to a battleground with your character at 800CP, not for PVP, but to wait 17 seconds for each respawn.
- You enter Cyrodiil and travel from one point to another, only to return all the way back if someone kills you.
- You enter in sewers, and after someone kills you, you will respawn in another zone or return back to sewers, then restart all over again! Loading screen, enter in fight, die, loading screen, and respawn in another zone or inside sewers again. Loading screen... etc.
Yes, PVP is 100% annoying. And this is not PVP; this is ZoS keeping players out of PVP action.
